In a few steps you will learn how our booking system works. But the most important thing first:

Cost security - You cannot commit any critical operating errors, which would mean unwanted, i.e. hidden costs for you following the booking.

Transparency & Clarity - Each booking step should be understandable for you.

Confirmation - At the end of a booking you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us with all the important information for you, such as cost statement, rental periods.

No useless data collection - We collect only the data necessary to process the transaction. We do not collect any personal data and do not pass them on to third parties.

No credit card information - Based on mutual trust, we do not require a credit card from you to make a binding booking. The rental costs incurred are only due when the rental object (trailer, van, refrigerated vehicle, etc.) is collected. But of course you can also pay with a credit card.
Should you wish (or need) to make a reservation other than via our online reservation system, we are happy to be at your disposal by e-mail and by telephone during our business hours.
We ask for your understanding, if we answer e-mail inquiries with a reasonable delay.
